Consentimiento de Uso de Imágenes y Video (a ser completada por el Padre, la Madre o el Tutor) Use of lmages and Video Consent (to be completed by the Parent or Guardian)

Greengates School, S.C. (en adelante “El Colegio” ) utiliza fotografías y videos para promocionar a El Colegio a varias audiencias, incluidos su sitio web y redes sociales. El Colegio reúne estos, junto con Nord Anglia Education Limited y sus afiliados (en adelante “NAE” ) para promover a NAE y todos sus colegios alrededor del mundo; en adelante, se podrá referir a El Colegio y a NAE, en conjunto, como ‘nosotros’ o ‘nuestro’. / Greengates School, S.C. (hereinafter “The School”) uses photographs and videos to promete The School to various audiences, including on The School’s website and through social media. The School gathers these, together with Nord Anglia Education Limited and its affiliates (hereinafter “NAE”) to promete NAE and all its schools around the world; together The School and NAE may be referred to as ‘we’, ‘our’, or ‘us’.

Al firmar este formato, usted indica que ha leído y acepta los siguientes puntos / By signing this form, you indicate you have read and accept the following:

• Su hijo/a contribuirá, creará y aparecerá en material sonoro y/o audiovisual y que podrá ser grabado y fotografiado en su participación. / That your child will contribute to, create and appear in audio and/or audiovisual material and that they may be recorded and photographed when taking part.
• Se podrán tomar fotografías y/o videos dentro del Colegio o en actividades organizadas por El Colegio fuera de sus instalaciones. / Photographs and/or videos may be taken within The School or in activities organised by The School outside its premises.
• Estos pueden ser publicados en una variedad de formas tanto por El Colegio como por NAE en diferentes medios / anuncios y otros materiales publicitarios, correo, incluyendo comunicados escolares, el anuario escolar, material didáctico, material para admisiones, videos promocionales / revistas y en plataformas digitales (incluyendo redes sociales como Facebook / Twitter / lnstagram, etc.) a nivel mundial./ That these may be published in a variety of ways by both The School and NAE in any media / advertisements and other publicity materials, direct mail, including in school communications, school yearbook, teaching material, admissions material, promotional videos / magazines and online (including social media such as Facebook / Twitter / lnstagram etc.) globally.
• El Colegio y NAE tienen control editorial sobre cualquier material y acepto que puedan editar, adaptar o traducir la contribución de mi hijo como lo consideren adecuado. / That The School and NAE have editorial control over any material and agree that they may edit, adapt or translate my child’s contribution as they see fit.
• El Colegio y NAE poseen los derechos de autor de las imágenes y videos que se tomen. / The School and NAE own the copyright of any images and video taken.
• Usted renuncia a todos los “derechos morales” que puedan existir en la contribución para permitir los usos antes mencionadas. / You waive all ‘moral rights’ that may exist in the contribution to enable the uses set out above.

Condiciones de uso / Conditions of School use

Nosotros guardaremos las imágenes en el banco de imágenes del Colegio y NAE, y las utilizaremos únicamente para las finalidades autorizadas por El Colegio y NAE. Tenemos políticas muy estrictas sobre el uso de fotografías y videos, en nuestra página web otras plataformas digitales, y nunca venderemos este material a terceros. / We will store any images in the School’s and NAE’s image archives and will use them for authorised School and NAE purposes only. We have strict controls over the type of images published and over the use of photographs and videos on our website or on other online media and we will never sell any materials to third parties.

• Nosotros podemos usar 1magenes en mercadotecnia activa de acuerdo con nuestros períodos de retención, pero tenga en cuenta que cualquier contenido compartido en las redes sociales o en línea puede permanecer disponible por más tiempo. / We may use images in active marketing in accordance with our retention periods but please note that any content shared on social media or online may remain available for longer than this.
• En casos apropiados, nosotros podremos indicar el nombre del alumno que aparece en la imagen o video. No se incluirá otro tipo de información personal. / Where appropriate, we may add the name of the Student featured in the photograph/film. We will not include any other personal information.
• El consentimiento será registrado en el Sistema de Gestión Escolar del Colegio. / Consent will be recorded on The School’s Management lnformation System.
• Es responsabilidad de los padres informar a El Colegio por escrito, si el consentimiento necesita cambiar o revocarse. / lt is the responsibility of the Parents to inform The School, in writing, if consent needs to be withdrawn or amended.

Actualización de consentimiento/ Updating your consent: El consentimiento se actualizará si las circunstancias cambian. Esto puede incluir, pero no se limita a: / Consent will be renewed where any changes in circumstances occur – this can include, but is not limited to the following:

• Nuevos requisitos de consentimientos, es decir, una finalidad distinta a las mencionadas anteriormente. / New requirements for consent – i.e. an additional purpose other than described above.
• Cambios en la ley./ Any changes in the law. Revocación de consentimiento / Withdrawal of consent:

Usted podrá revocar el consentimiento de uso de imágenes en cualquier momento al contactar a la Lic. Sylvia Macías del Depto. de Control Escolar, Sylvia.Macias@qreengates.edu.mx. Si revoca su consentimiento, daremos acuse de recibo a su solicitud por escrito. El Colegio eliminará el archivo de nuestro banco de imágenes en el plazo de un mes desde la recepción de su solicitud y no lo utilizaremos en ningún material nuevo producido a partir de la fecha de la carta. Sin embargo, cualquier material previamente publicado que incluya las imágenes y video, puede permanecer en circulación o en línea, aunque ya no se incluirá en futuras reimpresiones. Cuando no se tenga consentimiento, el nombre del Alumno se pondrá en una lista de ‘No Usar’ para garantizar que se respeten sus derechos./ You may withdraw your consent for the use of images at any time by contacting The School’s Registrar, Mrs. Sylvia Macías , Sylvia.Macias@greengates.edu.mx. lf consent is withdrawn, we will acknowledge receipt in writing. The School will delete the file from our image bank within one month of receipt of your request and we will not use it in any new material produced from the date of the letter. Material previously issued which includes the photograph/film may, however, remain in circulation or online, but it will not be included in any future reprints. Where we do not have consent, the Student’s name will be placed on a ‘Do not use’ list to ensure we respect your rights.
